The Writer was at a Church soft ball game when a man who was a policeman walked up to him with an outstretched hand.  He shook the Writer's hand and said “Thank you, Thank you, Thank you”.  The Writer was caught totally off guard and he asked the man what he was referring to.

The man said that his wife had been given “A Healing Stillness” tape and she gave it to him.  He said his life was so unbearable that one day, he had decided to take his life.  He had a gun in his glove compartment.  As he reached for that gun to end it all, he got the tape instead and decided to listen to it.  God redeemed his life from destruction that day.
