I fully understand that by submitting this Application, 
I AM NOT being employed by Entheos Publishing.

I will function as an Independent Contractor as a 
Ministry Coordinator and I agree to invite and 
bring people who are hurting to The S.O.S. Events!

By accepting my Application, Entheos Publishing is not 
granting me a Franchise nor any type of exclusive rights, 
nor any ownership in the Company nor any ownership in 
any of it's products.

I further certify that I have not been guaranteed any 
amount of income as a result of my Ministry Coordinator
activities.

I will at all times, conduct  myself  in a professional and 
ethical manner that is consistent with being in Ministry!

I will not use any materials as a part of being a Ministry 
Coordinator that are not either furnished or approved for 
use, in writing by Entheos Publishing prior to 
using them.

I understand and agree that the Terms of Agreement 
may be modified at any time to meet the requirements of 
any State/s and may be modified at the sole discretion of 
Entheos Publishing to address any situation  that might 
arise in the future.
